On the back, a few words such as Proud of you, Dad, in his own handwriting, or set in capitals such as DAD / PROUD OF YOU.

Craftsmanship

Electroformed metal over a sculpted form, finished in antique brass. The lettering and the design stand off a dark textured ground at more than one height, so the piece reads as modeled rather than stamped. The metal is bonded to the surface rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel.

Personalization

Upload an inked fingerprint or thumbprint on plain paper, photographed or scanned so the ridges are sharp. For the back, type up to two short lines, which are set in capitals, or upload a few words in your own handwriting, which are raised exactly as written. Leave both empty for a plain back. If you upload handwriting, type the same words in the boxes as well so we can read them. A design preview comes back by email, and once you approve it the piece leaves the workshop in five to seven business days.

Specifications

Material: electroformed metal over a sculpted form

Finish: antique brass on a dark textured ground

Sizes: 2 or 2.3 inches across

Front: the print, raised

Back: plain, a few words in capitals, or your handwriting

Made to order in our own workshop

Care

Wipe clean.
