A round mirror 20 inches across, ringed with agate, amethyst, selenite or rose quartz set into electroformed metal so the stones point outward from the glass in a starburst. Four arrangements: blue and green agate, blue and black agate, amethyst, and selenite with rose quartz. Sized for an entryway or the wall above a console. Every stone in the ring is cut separately, so the spacing and length of the points are never as even as a manufactured frame.

Are the stones around the edge all the same size?

No. Each point is cut on its own, so lengths and widths vary around the ring and the pattern never quite repeats.

How are the stones held to the frame?

The metal is grown around each stone in the electroforming bath, so the stone and the frame end up as one piece rather than glued parts.

Where does a starburst mirror usually go?

An entryway, above a console or over a mantel, where there is wall around it for the points to read against.
