Free shipping, worldwide

Every order ships free, wherever you are. There is one delivery option at checkout — Free Shipping, $0.00 USD — with no minimum order and nothing to upgrade.

Dispatched in 5 to 7 business days

Every piece is finished and checked in our workshop before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. Transit time comes on top of that: 10 to 12 business days to the US, and elsewhere it depends on where the parcel is going.

For personalized orders, we email you a design proof before production. Please reply within 24 hours. Production starts after your approval, or 24 hours after we send the proof if we have not received a reply. Allow the full production window after that.

Every order is tracked

We ship tracked, and your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched.

Import duties are prepaid. No tax is added at checkout.

We pay import duties on every order, worldwide, before your parcel leaves us. The courier will not ask you for a duty payment on delivery.

Outside the US, VAT or GST may be collected on delivery. Whether it applies, and how much it comes to, is decided by the destination country, not by us.

By country

  • United States: nothing more to pay on delivery.
  • Canada: GST or HST, and PST in some provinces, may be collected by the courier on orders over C$20, sometimes with a brokerage fee.
  • European Union: VAT at your country's rate may be collected on delivery.
  • United Kingdom: VAT may be collected on delivery.
  • Australia: nothing more to pay on orders up to A$1,000.
  • Everywhere else: local VAT or GST may be collected on delivery, depending on your country.

If a parcel is delayed or damaged

If your tracking stops updating, or your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

If a piece arrives damaged, we replace it. Send us your order number and a photo of the damage, and keep the packaging until you have heard back from us.
