The Plaque

A round plaque with your baby's handprint and footprint raised side by side in brass, a line of script curving over the top, such as Tiny hands, tiny feet, endless love, and the name and birth details set in capitals below.

Craftsmanship

Electroformed metal over a sculpted form, finished in antique brass. The lettering and the design stand off a dark textured ground at more than one height, so the piece reads as modeled rather than stamped. The metal is bonded to the surface rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel.

Personalization

Ink the hand and the foot on plain paper, photograph them and upload both. The name goes in capitals, with the date of birth and the weight and length if you want them. The line of script can be typed, or uploaded in your own handwriting and raised exactly as written. A design preview comes back by email, and once you approve it the piece leaves the workshop in five to seven business days.
