The Stone

Agate in tan, brown and near black, in large pieces with a striped grain that looks like wood.

Natural variations in the stone’s colour, grain, veining and surface finish will occur. The stone in your piece may differ from the photographs. Natural-edge pieces also vary in shape and size; the stated dimensions are approximate.

Craftsmanship

The face is large pieces of brown agate fitted together, and the natural outline is left on the edge. A thick electroformed metal edge follows the outline. A straight metal bar handle stands on two short posts at each end. The metal is bonded to the stone rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel. Choose the finish at checkout.
