The Stone
Gabbro is a dark speckled stone rather than a banded one. Instead of layers it has grain: dark gray to near-black, with paler gray-violet flecks and a little sparkle scattered through it. Close up it is a mosaic; from across a room it reads as one deep charcoal.
Natural variations in the stone’s colour, grain, veining and surface finish will occur. The stone in your piece may differ from the photographs.
Craftsmanship
Each knob is a piece of natural gabbro with a thick electroformed metal edge. The metal is bonded to the stone rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel. Choose gold, silver or rose gold at checkout.
