The Plaque

The same raised street map, made to stand on a desk, a shelf or a table. The streets of the place you choose stand up in brass against a dark ground, with names and a date on the band at the foot.

Craftsmanship

Electroformed metal over a sculpted form, finished in antique brass. The lettering and the design stand off a dark textured ground at more than one height, so the piece reads as modeled rather than stamped. The metal is bonded to the surface rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel.

Personalization

Paste a Google Maps link or the coordinates of the place, and that area of streets is raised across the plaque. Two names go on the band at the foot, with a date beneath if you want one. A design preview comes back by email, and once you approve it the piece leaves the workshop in five to seven business days.
