About the Rose Quartz
A large slab of rose quartz shows what a small one cannot: whole cloud fields of white drifting through the pink, and the way the color deepens toward the thickest part of the stone. The surface has a faint silky grain, the direction the crystal grew.
Inside there are cleavage planes that catch light at an angle and then vanish. Near a window the outer margins turn translucent and the pink glows; further into a room the stone reads as a soft, solid blush.
How It’s Made
An irregular slab, thick through the body, left in the shape the quartz broke into instead of being cut square. Metal is electroformed along that edge, grown onto the stone until it has real thickness and permanently bonded to it, which is why it will not lift or rub off like a leaf or coating. Rose gold keeps the whole piece in one warm register, gold gives the pale stone a firmer outline, and silver reads clean against the white clouding. The hands match the edging chosen.

A sturdy hook at the back takes it on a wall, and the electroformed brass base is supplied free of charge for a desk, a dresser or a shelf.

Care
