The Tile

A square tile with the sign for the day the baby was born raised at the center, a border of sun, moon and stars, and the name, date, time, length and weight set around it.

Craftsmanship

Electroformed metal over a sculpted form, finished in antique brass. The lettering and the design stand off a dark textured ground at more than one height, so the piece reads as modeled rather than stamped. The metal is bonded to the surface rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel.

Personalization

Choose the zodiac sign at checkout, then give the name, the date and time of birth, the length and the weight. Write units as you want them shown, such as 7 lb 2 oz or 50 cm. A design preview comes back by email, and once you approve it the piece leaves the workshop in five to seven business days.
