Agate Napkin Rings

Sets of four rings in white, green and aqua agate, amethyst, rose quartz and clear quartz crystal. Two cuts to choose from: hand rounded, worked to a smooth even curve, and chunky, which leaves more of the raw block in the ring. Each ring is cut from the slab, so the banding wraps around it and the four in a set share a color without matching each other. They hold a folded linen napkin in place rather than gripping a rolled one tightly.

Four. We do not split sets, so a table of eight takes two sets.

What is the difference between hand rounded and chunky rings?

Hand rounded rings are worked to an even curve all the way round. Chunky rings keep more thickness and more of the stone's raw outline.

Will the four rings in a set look the same?

They share a stone and a color. The banding in each one is different, which is visible when they sit side by side.

Do the rings chip if they knock together?

Agate is hard, but the rim is the thinnest part of a ring. Store the four apart rather than loose in a drawer with cutlery.
