Owls, bumble bees, butterflies, elephants, turtles, snails, roses, leaping leopards and swirling snakes, each shape grown in electroformed brass and finished antique, so the recesses hold shadow and the raised edges read bright. The knobs take a single hole and ship with their screw and washer. A few pieces are pulls rather than knobs, notably the leopard and the snakes, which are sold in pairs and need two holes.

Why is a figural knob lighter than it looks?

Because it is electroformed. Metal is grown over a form until the wall has genuine thickness, which gives real metal on every surface without the mass of a block.

Which pieces here are handles rather than knobs?

The leaping leopard and the swirling snakes. Both are two screw pulls sold as a pair; everything else takes one hole.

What finish are the animal knobs made in?

Antique. The darkened recesses are what make an owl or a bee readable at knob size, so these are not offered bright.

Will a bee or owl knob fit a standard cabinet?

Any door or drawer with a single hole takes one, and the screw and washer are in the box.
