A napkin holder built from two upright slabs of aqua agate in a thick gold cradle, standing about 3" tall. The weight is what keeps a stack of paper napkins down on a terrace table.
The teal is mottled rather than flat, moving between deeper green-blue and paler patches, with small pale rings and spots scattered through it. The sides and base are cut straight; the top edge is left raw and capped in thick gold.

Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.
Using It
Two upright stones stand in a metal cradle, joined by a bar across the base, and the napkins sit between them. Dust it with a dry cloth. If something spills, wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry the stone straight after. The metal will not rub off with handling the way a plated finish does.
