Three cheese knives with aqua agate handles: a wide flat blade, a spreader and a two-prong fork. Stainless steel tools, stone handles.
The agate runs teal at the deeper end and pale blue where it thins, in bands that follow the length of the slab. The handles are tall and narrow, with the edges left raw and chipped rather than cut to a line. Each handle is held in a metal band whose inner edge is cut in a row of scallops where it grips the stone, and that band is the same on every piece.

- Three pieces: a wide flat blade, a spreader and a two-prong fork
- Handles: aqua agate, teal shading to pale blue
- Handle shape: tall narrow slabs, raw chipped edges

- Metal band around each handle, scalloped along its inner edge

Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.
Using It
Put them out beside a cheese board: the wide flat blade cuts and lifts, the rounded one spreads, and the fork picks up the hard pieces. The steel is made for food; the handle is not, so keep it out of a long soak and do not leave food resting against it. Wash by hand and dry straight after. Never the dishwasher.
