Three cheese knives with deep green agate handles shaped as rounded ovals: a flat blade, a spreader and a two-prong fork. Stainless steel tools, stone handles.
The green is a deep teal, dark enough to read almost black in low light, with paler cloudier areas through it. The handles are rounded ovals rather than angular slabs, worked smooth around the edge. Each handle is held in a metal band whose inner edge is cut in a row of scallops where it grips the stone, and that band is the same on every piece.

Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.
Using It
Put them out beside a cheese board: the wide flat blade cuts and lifts, the rounded one spreads, and the fork picks up the hard pieces. The steel is made for food; the handle is not, so keep it out of a long soak and do not leave food resting against it. Wash by hand and dry straight after. Never the dishwasher.
