Three cheese knives with long pink agate handles: a flat blade, a spreader and a two-prong fork. Stainless steel tools, stone handles.
The magenta runs in fine bands along the length of the slab, and toward one end the stone often turns pale and crystalline instead of banded. The handles are long and narrow with a chipped edge down each side. Each handle is held in a metal band whose inner edge is cut in a row of scallops where it grips the stone, and that band is the same on every piece.

- Three pieces: a wide flat blade, a spreader and a two-prong fork
- Handles: pink agate, banded magenta with a paler crystalline zone
- Handle shape: long narrow slabs, chipped edges
- Tools: stainless steel
- Metal band around each handle, scalloped along its inner edge
- Finish: Gold, Silver or Rose Gold
Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.
Using It
Put them out beside a cheese board: the wide flat blade cuts and lifts, the rounded one spreads, and the fork picks up the hard pieces. The steel is made for food; the handle is not, so keep it out of a long soak and do not leave food resting against it. Wash by hand and dry straight after. Never the dishwasher.
A Good Gift For
A bridal shower or a housewarming. The pink is strong rather than soft, so it reads as color rather than as pastel.
