Labradorite is a dark slate gray-green that can throw a blue flash when it is turned under a light, though not every handle does. The handles are long irregular slabs with a broken edge, and each one is held in a metal band cut in a row of scallops where it grips the stone.

Every piece uses natural stone, so slight variation in color, marking, shape and size will occur.
Using It
A set for serving rather than for everyday eating: the two spoons and two forks work over a cheese board, a charcuterie tray or a dessert table, with the knife for cutting. The steel is made for food; the handle is not, so keep it out of a long soak and do not leave food resting against it. Wash by hand and dry straight after. Never the dishwasher.
