About the Agate
This is a broad slab of white agate, wider than it is tall, and the extra face lets the banding run right across it. The white shifts between bright and creamy, with gray seams drawn through it and the occasional band that is almost clear.
Agate this size shows its grain plainly: fine parallel lines through the paler stone, a denser opaque core, and thin translucent margins that take up light at the edges. The look changes with the room, cool near a window and warmer under a lamp.
How It's Made
The slab keeps the irregular outline it was cut with, thick through the body, so no two clocks share a profile. The metalwork is electroformed, which means the metal is grown onto the piece and permanently bonded to it, with real thickness, never a leaf or a coating that can rub off. The electroformed brass base that comes with the clock is made the same way. Gold warms the white, silver keeps it crisp, and rose gold puts a soft tone at the edge.

Mounting
A sturdy hook at the back takes it on a wall. The electroformed brass base is supplied free of charge, so it can stand on a desk, a shelf or a console instead.
