DESIGN This personalized family plaque features an ornate baroque-style frame with sculpted acanthus-leaf details, corner scrollwork and a decorative lower cartouche. The center panel has a hammered texture that creates natural highlights and shadows. Your surname and other wording appear as raised warm-brass lettering against a deep dark-bronze background. Each plaque is individually produced and hand finished. Small variations in texture and patina are part of the handmade character of the item. MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION The plaque is made using electroforming. Electroforming layers real copper and brass over a sculpted resin form, capturing finer detail than traditional casting methods while keeping the piece lightweight. It has the texture, depth, natural character, and substantial feel of solid cast brass. The copper and brass shell is extremely durable and designed to last for generations.
