The Tiles
Narrow ridges curve across each tile in long S-shaped waves, raised in brass over a dark ground. Set side by side, the waves run on from one tile to the next.
Craftsmanship
Electroformed copper and brass over a sculpted form, finished in antique brass. The metal is bonded to the surface rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel. The tiles are light for their size, so they are easier to fix than solid metal.
Specifications
- Quantity: four tiles to an order
- Size: 6 x 6 inches each, about 12 x 12 inches together
- Material: electroformed copper and brass
- Finish: antique brass
Using It
A kitchen backsplash, a panel behind a bar, or a framed square of four on a wall. Order more sets to cover a larger area.
Fitting
Three ways, shown on the back-view card in the photos: tile adhesive, set like an ordinary ceramic tile, or double-sided mounting tape. Adhesive and tape are not included. The tiles cannot be cut or sawn, so plan the layout in whole tiles.
Care
Wipe clean. Avoid harsh cleaners.
