The Plaque

A portrait of a first home raised in relief, with OUR FIRST HOME, the street and the year beneath it. The house is sculpted from your photograph, so the windows, the porch and the roofline are your own.

Craftsmanship

Electroformed metal over a sculpted form, finished in antique brass. The lettering and the design stand off a dark textured ground at more than one height, so the piece reads as modeled rather than stamped. The metal is bonded to the surface rather than painted or plated, so there is nothing on it to chip, flake or peel.

Personalization

Upload a clear photograph of the house taken straight on from the front. Three lines go beneath it: a name such as THE CARTER HOME, the address, and a small line such as EST. 2025. Only the first line is required. A design preview comes back by email, and once you approve it the piece leaves the workshop in five to seven business days.
